Professional Experiences
- Ms. Yanzi WEI obtained a BE degree in Food Engineering from China Agriculture University, Beijing, China in 2004 and a ME degree in Food Science from the same university in 2006. She worked for a food processing company as a quality control director before joining Peksung Intellectual Property Ltd. in 2008. Her technical fields cover food engineering, food chemistry and microorganism. Her working languages are English and Chinese (native).
