• Mr. Baoquan LI obtained a BE degree in Electrical Engineering from Beijing Institute of Machinery, Beijing, China in July 2001, and a ME degree in Circuit and Information System from Beijing University of Technology, Beijing, China in 2004. He worked in Beijing TRS Information Technology Co., Ltd. as a software engineer before joining Peksung Intellectual Property Ltd. In 2006. His technical fields cover computer technology,software development, electronics, communications and network technology. His working languages are English and Chinese (native).
