- 1987, began to practice IP law at China Patent Agent (HK)
Ltd., where he had been promoted to the assistant general manager
responsible for all patent-related affairs before resignation to
found Peksung
- 1980~1986, Began to practice IP law at the Chinese Council for Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT)
- 2003, founded Peksung Intellectual Property Ltd.

- 1988, registered to practice before the Chinese Patent Office
- 2000, admitted to the Chinese Bar
Educational Background and Training Experiences
- 1984, obtained the degree of Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, Peking University, Beijing, China
- 1987, obtained Master of Science degree in Biochemistry from the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China
- 1993, studied the European Patent Law, in particular, the protection of biotechnology-related inventions at the European Patent Office
- 1996, studied US patent law in the USA
- 1999, completed integrated courses of law in Renmin University of China

Patent application drafting, prosecution and
reexamination, patent invalidation, enforcement, licensing and transfer,
strategy in intellectual property matters, in main technical fields,
particularly in the fields of biochemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals,
and organic chemistry
