8.Filing Requirements for Recording Change/Cessation of License Contract

1. Power of Attorney (Download), simply signed by the applicant;

2. Certificate proving the change of the licensor's or licensee's name. If the change of the licensor's name has been recorded in Chinese Trademark Office, a copy of the certificate of recordal of change of proprietor's name can be submitted.
