3.Filing Requirements for Recording Change of Proprietor's Name/Address

1. Power of Attorney (Download), simply signed by the applicant;

2. For the change of applicant's/registrant's name, a certification verifying such change issued by the local Administration in charge shall be provided; For change of address, no certification is required;

3. Copy of Registration Certificate or Application/Filing Receipt.

Notes:

Chinese Trademark Office requires that the trademark registrant/applicant apply for the change(s) in respect of all of its/his trademarks registered or applied for in China.

Upon approval, the Trademark Office will issue relevant certificates which must be used with the original registration certificate.
