28.Filing Requirements for Recordal of Pledge of Trademark Right

1. Power of Attorney in duplicate (Download), simply signed by the applicant (pledger);

2. Form Application for Recordal of Pledge of Trademark Right, prepared by our firm and executed by both the pledger and the pledge;

3. Copy of ID card or passport of the pledger or the pledgee being an individual, or copy of commercial permit or license of the pledger or the pledgee being an enterprise;

4. Copy of the main contract and the pledge contract, and if it is in foreign language, a copy of Chinese translation is also required;

5. Copy of the certificate of trademark registration and the certificate of renewal, change of name and/or address, or assignment;

6. Evaluation report of the trademark right made by capable authority.
