24.Filing Requirements for Re-issuance of Trademark Registration Certificate

1. Power of Attorney (Download), simply signed by the applicant;

2. Six (6) prints of trademark which must be in conformity with that on the original Registration Certificate;

3. Copy of the original registration certificate.

Note:

Upon approval, the Trademark Office will reissue a new trademark registration certificate with the reissuing date indicated.
