20.Filing Requirements for Adjudication on Dispute over Registered Trademark

1. Power of Attorney (Download), simply signed by the applicant;

2. Information about the Applicant's name and address; the registration numbers of the disputed trademark and the disputing trademark;

3. Arguments and evidential materials (Consulting us for details).

Notes:

A prior registrant disputing a later registered trademark may, within five years from the date of approval of the later trademark registration, apply to the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board for adjudication.

However, if the registrant of the priorly registered trademark has ever filed opposition to the later registered trademark, it cannot apply to the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board for adjudication on such a dispute on the basis of identical facts and grounds it has lodged.
