11.Filing Requirements for Response to an Opposition

1. Power of Attorney in duplicate (Download), simply signed by the applicant;

2. The original Notice from Chinese Trademark Office;

3. Arguments and evidential materials (Consulting us for details).

Notes:

After receiving a copy of the "Application for Trademark Opposition" as well as the relevant documents dispatched by the Chinese Trademark Office, the opposer should make observations within the specified time limit. Where no response is made before the expiration of the time limit, the examination conducted by the Trademark Office will go on unhindered.

Where an opposee needs to supplement related evidence after filing a response to an opposition, it shall make a statement for this purpose in the response in writing, and submit the said evidence within three months as from the filing date of the response; if no evidence is submitted at the expiry of the time limit, the opposee shall be considered having given up the supplementing of the related evidence.
