10.Filing Requirements for Opposition
1. Power of Attorney in duplicate (Download), simply signed by the applicant;
2. Information concerning the provisional number of the opposed mark and the number of the gazette on which the mark is advertised;
3. Opposition arguments and evidential materials (Consulting us for details).
Notes:
Any person may file an opposition against the trademark which has been preliminarily approved and published within three months from the date of publication.
Where an opposer needs to supplement related evidence after filing an application for opposition, it shall make a statement for this purpose in the application in writing, and submit the said evidence within three months as from the filing date of the opposition; if no evidence is submitted at the expiry of the time limit, the opposer shall be considered having given up the supplementing of the related evidence.
